Returns & Refunds

Every customer has the right to return an item.

If you wish to do so you have 28 calendar days to return the item from the day you received your delivery. We do require the item to be unopened and in the original condition that you received it.

Firstly we apologise for the error, we are human and make mistakes!

Please notify us within 14 days of the delivery. We will then arrange the return of the item and from there we will send you the correct item. Please note the turnaround may vary dependent on stock and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return.

We are sorry that the item you received was damaged or broken. We try to package the items as carefully as possible to protect them, but these things happen.

Please notify us immediately by sending us a message on our contact page., along with an image of the damaged or broken item, within 14 days of the delivery. We will then guide you through the next steps.

If you have any issues with the actual delivery to your chosen address or if it says that it has been delivered and you have not received anything- please contact the delivery service.

Orders & Delivery

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Once we have received your order, we will aim to process it within 24hrs. If we receive the order in time, we will send it out on the same day.

The length of the process is also dependent on your postage option chosen during checkout.

Once your delivery is on its way, you will be emailed with a confirmation that it has been dispatched, along with a tracking reference number. You can enter the tracking number on the Royal Mail website in order to see where your delivery is.

Once your order has been processed and sent out for delivery, you will be emailed with a confirmation that it has been dispatched along with a tracking reference number. You can use the Royal Mail website to input your tracking reference number and see where your order is.

If you have not received your order, please first check the tracking reference number on the Royal Mail website as there may have been a hold up in delivery.

If it says the order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact Royal Mail directly here.

If we are out of stock we will notify you immediately. You can then either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or we can send you the order as soon as it is back in stock.

You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. To do so, please email us at myorders@enitylab.com and let us know.

If you have received an email confirming it has been dispatched and tracking reference number, we are afraid it is already on its way to you and we cannot change it.

You can amend your order details if it has not been dispatched. To do this, please email us at myorders@enitylab.com to inform us of the updated address.

You can also update your delivery details on your account page. However, if an order is being processed, you can update your address here but it will not be reflected on the order.

If you have received an email confirming it has been dispatched and the tracking reference number, we are afraid it is already on its way to you and we cannot change it.

We offer a standard delivery of 48hours tracked for £2.99.

If you wish to select next day delivery tracked it is £3.99.

We are currently only delivering to places in the UK.

We use Royal Mail for delivery in the UK.

Our Products

It is the Nutrient Reference value- NRV's are set for 13 vitamins and 14 minerals for the purposes of food labelling and are EU guidance levels on the daily amount of vitamin or mineral that the average healthy person needs to prevent deficiency.
